- 1. All Sales Final: All purchases made through BrickRealm LLC are final. We do not offer cash refunds, card reversals, or change-of-mind returns. A refund is only issued if required by applicable consumer protection laws or under the explicit exceptions listed below.
- 2. Digital & Downloadable Products: Once a digital file, software key, online course login, or download link is delivered, the sale is non-refundable. If technical errors prevent you from accessing the file, contact BrickRealmDirector@gmail.com within [7/14] days of purchase for technical support or replacement.
- 3. Custom & Personalized Items: Because items are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once production begins.
- 4. Defective or Damaged Goods: If an item arrives physically damaged or materially different from its description, contact us at BrickRealmDirector@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 Days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
